There are many parts in determining whether or not to outsource your medical record scanning project. Most often, outsourcing these projects results in lower costs, better quality, and earlier completion. Here are some reasons to consider outsourcing your project to Granite Mountain: Cost - As a full service provider, we have and continue to evaluate and invest in the best scanning equipment available in the market today. Our knowledge of the technology and expertise of our staff enables us to provide you with the most competitive pricing and turnaround times. Time - We have a large staff dedicated to scanning and indexing and have the ability to operate 24/7. We can accurately estimate completion times to meet customer goals. Quality - Our equipment, experience and professional methods produce the best quality results. Many projects that are brought in-house result in poor quality results due to inexperience or inferior equipment. Focus - Many in-house projects can be a distraction and time drain on staff and management. When outsourcing to EMR Ready, the customer ensures that their core business does not get sidetracked and the scanning project is completed on time and in budget.

At Granite Mountain, we provide True Business Continuity as a core component of our Backup & Disaster Recovery solution. Combine Microsoft Storage Server with our onsite Network Attached Storage (NAS) device and you have full server virtualization. This allows a server which has failed to be restored on the NAS as a virtual image giving you a standby server in less than hour. Since the total image of the server is being restored no configuration changes are needed as the virtual image has the same properties, IP address, NetBIOS name as the failed server and backups continue to happen even when running the virtual image. When new hardware/spares arrive, the virtual image can be shutdown and the latest backup image can be used to perform a bare metal install on the new hardware.
